CoryOlsson.com is live.
I wanted a place to put the projects I’ve been building and the things I spend my time working on: MotoGarage, the homelab, Larry, and a few ideas that are still in development. It’s part personal site, part running record of the work.
The website
The site is built with Astro and generated as static HTML, CSS, and assets. It runs from a dedicated Nginx container on Unraid, with NGINX Proxy Manager handling the public HTTPS connection.
Before launch, I upgraded to Astro 7.4.0, cleared the reported npm audit findings, and confirmed that all ten original pages built successfully. The website files are mounted read-only in the container.
What’s on it
The first release includes pages for MotoGarage, my Dell PowerEdge homelab, Larry—my Harley-Davidson Night Train—and other projects in progress. The photos of Larry and the homelab are genuine, and the project details are based on work I’ve actually done.
What comes next
I don’t plan to leave the site frozen in place. I want to add MotoGarage development notes, updates from the homelab, and eventually real footage from rides on Larry.
This Journal is where those updates will live.
Built, not bought.
